Our Corporate Training Approach

Two pronged Method –

Since trainings and individual needs are multifarious so is our approach which outlines the various grid options one can choose from to come to a right fit for a specific training programme. There are two ways we look at it and a combination of both at times when description requires more defining. Our versatile approach to get to the correct requirements and development opportunity is why our clients feel comfortable with our services and products which are modular and effective -

Inductive –
In inductive as it refers to, the Clients give us a detailed description of the training requirements they need and we map our trainings as per these outlines or develop custom requirements.

Deductive –
In our Deductive Approach we put together a grid that almost accurately defines the level of training and the content of training –

We classify these into 4 development areas –

1. Knowledge
2. Skill
3. Attitude
4. Behaviour

These development areas are divided in the following levels –

1. Elementary
2. Competent
3. Proficient
4. Expert

After Mapping the requirements and getting the required development area we then define the level of command required over each development area –

This approach puts a method and statistical accountability to the return on investment on training and further defines future training needs and development areas for each individual –

The process –

1. Identify the training programme
2. Analyze the training needs (depends on which one leads between 1 and 2)
3. Identify the development areas and its levels
4. Map our trainings and or develop a training programme
5. Buy-in from the customer on the programme
6. Deliver the training to the customer
7. Analyze the objectives of the programme
8. Analyze the effectiveness of the training
9. Feedback and customer support

Methodology

o Role Plays
Imitation is the best flattery, practicing doing things right is more important than practicing doing things wrong. Practice makes you perfect – but it should be in the correct things and not incorrect things. Observation and Imitating the right method and practice is the key objective –

o Games
There’s no better way than incorporating games to engage your senses while doing something – it is a proven way to increase focus and participation, there is no better way to understand the science of perfection other than by playing it. Understanding that the mind and body are indispensable for productivity is the key objective –

o Case Studies
The fortunate thing is that we had Einstein who taught us relativity – imagine us learning relativity on our own – (we might never have even discovered it yet, on our own). We learn from practices in play and study their outcomes for better practices and better outcomes. Understanding to interpret failure and success on historical cues is the key objective -

o Team exercise
If an individual by himself scored most of the points – it would not be enough to win, if the team made points too, there’s a certain possibility of a good win, to understand the collective effort of a team is to understand the strength at which you can deliver. Participation and being a team player is the key objective –

o Questionnaires
Where am I, where do I want to go, how do I want to go etc are key questions we overlook when we want to get to our goals and objectives. Asking ourselves before setting out is important, it outlines for us the possibility of what might be and based on that possibility are results created. Analysis is the key objective here –

o Group Discussion
Nobody in life gets by today with dumb charades, gone are the days when you were introduced. Nobody will want to do that in this competitive climate and landscape. You have to speak up, you have to lead yourself, and you have to state your arrival. The key here is to develop communication that is relevant, pertinent and group wise –

o Feedback
This is a key activity to the emotional quotient and intelligence of an individual. Who doesn’t like a pat on their back – you’d be lying if you said ‘NO’. Feedback is an independent mechanism in itself that proves to be an excellent driver of personal and organizational development towards achieving goals and objectives. Understanding the positivism of constructive and commendable feedback is the key objective here –

o Audio & Visuals
In today’s world people don’t close their eyes when they hear and they don’t shut their ears when they see. We completely understand the importance of these two fundamental tools of training and how to employ them for effective use. To deliver, pronounce and express training through A/V tools and aids is the key objective here –
